Who: Danny Holt, security guard at the Hyatt House hotel

What he said: Holt, the security guard who went to the bathroom at Weaver's request, saw the black male "face to face" from about 8 feet and said he did not recall ever seeing the man in question inside the Hyatt previously. He also said that when he saw the photograph in the newspaper, he was not sure if it was the same person he had asked to leave. He did not recall seeing any blood or bloodied paper towels in the restroom.

Outcome: Holt testified as a prosecution witness at the first trial, but not the second. He could not be located for this report.
